Hey hey ya’ll! Happy Sunday! Here’s a super delish, egg-less cookie dough recipe I made over the weekend that I’m so excited to share with you guys! If you love cookie dough as much as I do, you’ll definitely fall in love with this edible version of it. NO eggs or baking required! You can eat it right off the spoon! It can also be used as a frosting ontop of cupcakes, fillings, and even added to your ice cream! I can eat it all day if I could, lol but that wouldn’t be very healthy, lol hope you all give this one a try, you won’t regret it!
What You Need:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup butter, softened
-1 tsp. vanilla
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-2 tablespoon of milk
-1 cup chocolate chips
-pinch of salt
Optional: make your dough extra chunky by rough chopping bigger pieces of chocolate from a chocolate bar! or you can add white chocolate chips, dark chocolate, m&ms, etc.. there are so many ways to customize your cookie dough flavor! Hope you guys enjoy!!! I promise you are going to fall in love, lol.
-Mix butter and brown sugar together first; followed by the vanilla and salt.
Add the 1 cup of flour ( the mixture will be quite crumbly at this point but not to worry, once the milk is added and a little more mixing, you will soon have a nice creamy cookie dough!)
-after all the ingredients are well mixed together and free of any lumps, you can then add in your chocolate chips! give it one more good mix and there you have it! Edible cookie dough, free of raw eggs and safe to eat whenever you like! Once made, you can easily store this cookie dough in the freezer for up to 3 months! My batch didn’t even last a day lol it was so good, I couldn’t wait to have my family try it! I got creative with my dough and thought it would be a cute idea to add it into teeny plastic shot glasses i found at the dollar store, I also used a mini ice cream scoop to carve out the rest onto a pan. They looked so adorable, I cant wait to make these again for a future dessert!
