Hey guys! I wanted to share with you all my favorite go-to quick and easy overnight oats breakfast. I always try and make sure I have a filling breakfast to start my day, it’s the boost I need to get me going in the mornings. These overnight oats are perfect for everyone, especially those who are on the go in the mornings. You prepare them the night before by mixing together a mashed banana, oats, cinnamon and almond milk. ( or any milk of your choice.) Keep the mixture in a closed container and refrigerate overnight until you are ready to eat in the morning. You can carry along this oatmeal in your ziploc containers or even in a mason jar with lid. The oats can be eaten cold/ or heated in the microwave, both ways taste amazing. This recipe is super delish, it almost feels like you’re having dessert for breakfast, how could you not love that, lol. These oats can be topped with your choice of fruits, almonds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, honey, peanut butter, whatever your little heart desires, you can make it! plus it’s super filling! How to prepare:
mash together one whole banana+ add in 1/2 almond milk (vanilla/unsweetened,whole milk, your choice!) + 1/2 cup of oats, and cinnamon. Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate. You can always add less or more milk if you prefer your oatmeal to be more on the dry or creamier side, your choice!
*optional, you can also mix in 1 scoop of your choice of protein powder into the mixture. I enjoy adding a scoop of my Elite Cinnamon Bun flavor protein powder topped with blueberries! it is so yum!
